2. Scope of Services

The Company provides the following services:

• Financial strategies: Preparation to handle your families future.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Provide accurate and complete information.

3. Agree to these terms without modification.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner.

• Review and confirm the accuracy of all documents before submission.

• Make payments for services as outlined in invoices or agreements.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees for services will be disclosed before the commencement of any work.

• Payments must be made in full before the delivery of completed services unless otherwise agreed.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of payment.

• The client must provide a written explanation of the refund request.

• All refund requests are subject to a $199.00 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for services already completed.

7. Services

• The Company is not responsible for penalties, interest, or liabilities arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

• Clients are required to review and sign all documents before submission.

8. Consultation

• The Company provides professional consultation and assistance with all our customers.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that any financing agreements align with their financial circumstances.

9. Privacy Policy

The Company collects and processes client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and use.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any client who:

1. Violates these terms.

2. Provides false or misleading information.

3. Fails to make timely payments.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Las Vegas Neveda.

• Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Arbitration Rules.

• Venue: All legal actions must be filed in Las Vegas Neveda.

14. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

15. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior agreements.
